After purchasing a swanky Airbus A380 last year for a whopping $30.5 million, Emirates will now likely procure 2 more Airbus A380s at $70 million ($35 million each). With an aim to further enhance passenger experience with this comfortable and spacious aircraft, the airline plans to add more of these in the coming years. Emirates Airbus A380 offers travelers a luxurious experience and also boasts an onboard lounge.
The two new Emirates A380s- A6-EDP and A6-EDT are expected to be purchased in October and December 2023 respectively. As the airline is adding more international flights on existing routes and expanding to new destinations, it is likely that Emirates will buy more Airbus A380s soon.
